The Oracle Functional Role will be responsible for implementing and managing applications on a variety of modules. In this role, you will define functional designs for mapping industry leading practices to organization requirements and processes; gather requirements and create process models based on requirements; facilitate process design workshops; configure the applications and work closely with the technical team to facilitate technical scope such as conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions. You should also feel comfortable in a Project Manager role where you will be leading the rollout of new modules, enhancements and major Rollup Patches.

- Process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications modules, configuration and training/assisting users

応募資格
Qualifications:
- 4 plus years of Oracle application experience with hands-on functional knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, CRM and / or HR
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle eBusiness modules
- Strong system implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and production support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and user-facing skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycle methodology
- General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy are desired

The Online marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating all online advertising for Network Hardware Resale’s internet initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing search engine marketing campaigns and will be able to create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize keyword campaigns across multiple search engines while developing the company’s overall paid search strategy. The candidate must have experience with web master tools for major search engines. As a key member of the marketing team, the candidate will play a central role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. This person will report directly to the VP, Marketing.

- Develop and implement an annual strategic and tactical e-marketing plan including, but not limited to:
- Development of the strategic SEO plan
- Development of the strategic PPC plan, and adjust as required to accommodate for competitive pressures
- Manage PPC and SEO agency to develop and execute NHR's e-Marketing plan
- Create innovative new e-marketing campaigns, to generate new leads
- Follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards
- Develop improvements to new and existing sites that result in top page natural search listings
- Optimize various website components including copy, meta tags, page title/descriptions, internal linking, sitemap, etc.
- Interface with global offices in support of the global e-Marketing plan
- Report website performance and statistics
- Effectively multi-task in an aggressive and high volume environment
- Support international campaign and bid management of PPC
- Identify and recommend additional software and/or services to improve web presence
- Responsible for online advertising banner ads, modify existing artwork templates as needed for customization
- Provide strategic insight to develop long and short term execution plans for new and expanding search campaigns
- Identify resources to generate keywords in bulk along with relevant landing pages and descriptions
- Manage Keyword, Paid Inclusion, and Natural Search Engine Optimization strategies
