概要
We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, employee who has excellent communication skills and experience implementing Oracle Applications. Your skills will be used to help customers address and solve challenging business issues across our organization. You will have the opportunity to apply and develop your skills by working on a variety of projects and modules:
The Oracle Functional Role will be responsible for implementing and managing applications on a variety of modules. In this role, you will define functional designs for mapping industry leading practices to organization requirements and processes; gather requirements and create process models based on requirements; facilitate process design workshops; configure the applications and work closely with the technical team to facilitate technical scope such as conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions. You should also feel comfortable in a Project Manager role where you will be leading the rollout of new modules, enhancements and major Rollup Patches.

- Defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes
- Process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications modules, configuration and training/assisting users
- Functional design and design review of Oracle Applications data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications
- Collect business requirements and provide solutions in the areas of CRM (customer relationship management), sales, finance, and marketing
- Design and develop enhancements
- Prepare reports for finance and sales audits
- Use Oracle ERP version 11i or higher, Oracle database 7 or higher, and MS-ACCESS
- OS: HP-Unix, Sun Solaris, IBM/AIX, and Windows 95 or higher
- Tools: TOAD, WINSCP, and IT governance tool
応募資格
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent foreign degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration.
- 4 plus years of Oracle application experience with hands-on functional knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, CRM and / or HR
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle eBusiness modules
- Strong system implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and production support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and user-facing skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycle methodology
- General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy are desired

- Effectively plan, create, execute, and measure high-impact on-line marketing programs to meet or exceed Network Hardware revenue goals and objectives
- Personally manage and execute all email campaigns
- Acquire target email lists from relevant organizations
- Develop content that effectively positions company value proposition to prospects, customers, partners, etc.
- Ensure leads generated by programs are properly assigned and handed off into the pre/post- lead qualification process
- Perform analysis for a variety of databases, mailing lists, customer lists and other information sources
- Analysis and development of a customer driven segmentation and contact program
- In-house expert on strategy, performance, technological and legal issues concerning email marketing
- Strategize the next generation of email and communications in outlets which include, but are not limited to, email, direct mail, website, social media, phone, text, and wireless devices
- Additional duties as assigned
応募資格
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in marketing communications, email marketing, program marketing or product marketing
- Passionate, self-starter, able to seamlessly switch between strategic innovation and operational excellence
- Experience in network hardware sector is strongly desired
- BA/BS
- Proven success managing and executing multiple concurrent prospect and customer acquisition marketing programs, including advertising, customer retention, and sales and marketing collateral development
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems (including list generation activities and direct mail), specifically Salesforce.com
- Experience using Exact Target strongly desired
- Budget and vendor management experience
- Strong project management skills are essential
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and to work under deadline pressure
- Proven ability to work with Sales personnel including Sales Management
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
